What we collect

When you submit an event we collect your name, email address and organisation, the event details, and your consent choices. We record when and where you gave consent. When you browse, we collect cookie-free, aggregate page statistics; we do not identify you.

Why

To list and manage your event, to email you about your listing (including your private edit link), and, only if you ticked the box, to send you occasional news or pass on date-clash messages from other planners. We never show your email address to anyone.

Where it is kept

Our database, files and application servers are in Sydney, Australia. Our email and CRM providers process your contact details to send emails and manage enquiries.

How long

Submissions that are never approved are deleted after 90 days. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.
